The first check is a graphic board.
I exchanged for 8700 of nvidia I used before and checked 2 monitors.
The PC started up. This is neither the main unit nor the PCI slot.
Next, I checked the monitor cable.
Even if I examine it, the cable is not damaged.
The HDMI cable was brand new.
The power supply has capacity of 550 w.
I saw the HDMI slot of the GT 430 I was removing.
The HDMI slot of the GT 430 was very dirty.

I noticed that the HDMI slot was dirty.
So, I cleaned the GT 430 cleanly.
And cleaned the dust inside the PC, removed the front panel, cleaned the dust.
Just to be sure, opening the panel of the PC, mount the GT 430 and starting with 2 monitors, started smoothly.
This trouble was found to be poor contact of the cable inserted in the uncleaned HDMI slot.
Previous trouble. There was a trouble of the built-in battery which the cooling fan keeps turning.
